Banana smoothe


1 cup ice cubes
30 ml cointreau
30 ml banana liqueur
60 ml cream
½ banana pieces , peeled and sliced
Banana piecies , to garnish

Method :
Place the ice , cointreau,banana ,liqueur , cream and banana in a blender , and blen until smooth. Pour into a chilled cocktails glass and garnish with skewered banana slices , coated in desiccated coconut.
